  3. Sorry, Circuit War followers, but V1.1 had a very minor error that impeeded
  4. normal play substantially, meriting the quick release of V1.11 which
  5. corrects this bug.  The new movement interface code instituted in V1.1
  6. didn't allow movement to the topmost row and leftmost column!  It was a
  7. simple error to fix on my part (changed a ">" to a ">=").  Sorry about
  8. that!

  11. PS. Sorry this isn't the modem version.  I'm currently contracting with
  12. another software company in order to get this program commercial!  Because
  13. of this, I don't know if I'll be able to develop a modem interface for the
  14. Public Domain version.
